If you aren’t ready to chat with me on a call- I get it. I know it can feel uncomfortable taking the first step. It can feel scary to open up about the things you avoid talking about…like heartbreak, insecurities, or your desires.

But hopping on a call with me is going to get you one step closer to moving on from your ex and past relationship wounds. To feeling confident and in love with who you are and start creating the life and love you really want.

Here’s How Our Call Will Go

First,

I’ll ask you questions about yourself, your relationship history, and what you want your life and relationships to look like.

Then,

I’ll identify what is blocking you from moving on from past relationships and healing. I’ll also identify what I believe is holding you back from creating the life and relationships you want.

Finally,

I’ll guide you toward the next steps you can take to move forward and achieve your desires.

If at the end of our call, it makes sense for us to work together then we’ll talk about it. BUT ONLY if you want to.

No matter what you will walk away with action steps to change the trajectory of your love life.

  • I have found that while there are a lot of similarities between coaching and therapy- one of the biggest differences is that therapy is more past-centered and coaching is more future-focused. Therapists have to be licensed and abide by the laws of the state. There are restrictions on what a therapist can discuss with their clients. Most coaches, such as myself, go through certifications and training as well as utilize personal experience in their coaching. Some people take more to coaching, others to therapy. I encourage you to explore both and see what fits best with you.

  • Intro calls with me are 30 minutes. Standard coaching calls with me are 1 hour with messaging access in between. I have a range of packages from 3 months to a year.
