Week One: Practical steps to get over your ex & start healing.
Stop guessing how to move on and finally start doing it—with a clear plan that works. You’ll get practical tools to create space between you and your ex (emotionally, mentally, and digitally), set boundaries that actually support your healing, and learn how to stop the obsessive thinking that’s keeping you stuck. Instead of waking up dreading the day or wondering if you should text them, you’ll have a plan—and real tools—to start taking your power back and begin the healing process for real.

Week Two: Come home to yourself and feel confident again.
You’ll peel back the layers of who you thought you needed to be in that relationship and rebuild from the truth of who you really are. This is where clarity returns, your confidence starts rebuilding, and you begin making intentional choices based on what you want (not just how much you miss them).

Week Three: Stop the mental spirals & step into mental clarity.
This is where you shift the stories that have been holding you back—like “they were my person” or “I’ll never feel that way again.” Together, we’ll rewrite your internal script so you stop reliving the breakup and start creating what’s next.

Week Four: Process your emotions and heal from heartbreak.
You’ll learn how to work with your emotions instead of being overwhelmed by them. You’ll walk away with tools to soothe your nervous system, handle tough moments with grace, and keep showing up for yourself even when grief sneaks back in.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • On average you should plan to spend an hour and a half on this course each week. This includes the modules and group coaching call each week.

    If this feels like a big commitment a question I’d encourage you to ask yourself is how much time is thinking about your ex taking up? How much time are you spending lost in emotional spirals? How much time are you spending doom scrolling or watching tv to distract yourself?

    If I was a betting woman I’d bet that you’ll spend more time thinking about your ex than you will completing this program.

  • Due to the nature of this program there are no refunds offered.

  • Once the enrollment period for the course closes participants will vote on what call days/times work for them. I have found that this is the best way to find a day/time that works the best for everyone.

  • That’s okay! You can submit your questions before the group coaching call and I will answer them for you. All participants also get a recording of the group coaching call after its completed.
