Week One: Get Out Of
Survival Mode

Right now it probably feels like your emotions are running your life. One moment you’re “fine” and the next you’re spiraling, trying not to cry at work, resisting the urge to check their social media, or replaying everything that happened.

This week is about helping our mind and body break out of survival mode.

We’ll focus on:
· Why the breakup feels so intense.
· How to stop living in the constant emotional whiplash.
· Simple tools to calm yourself when waves of sadness, panic, or the urge to reach out hit.
· How to get through the day without feeling like everthing is falling apart.
· How to start feeling good again.

By the end of this week you will have the tools to breathe again, sleep again, and stop feeling like you’re barely holding it together.

Week Two: Stop The
Obsessive Thinking

If your ex is living rent-free in your mind, it’s time for them to get evicted. Replaying conversations, stalking their socials, and wondering where things went wrong? This week will help.

We’ll focus on:
· Why your brain won’t let this go (and why “just distracting yourself” doesn’t work).
· How to interrupt the obsessive thought loops and feel grounded again.
· What to do when you catch yourself fantasizing, overanalyzing, or checking up on your ex.

By the end of this week you’ll know how to be more in control of your mind again.

Week Three: Get Out Of The Emotional Overwhelm

Heartache hurts, and all of those heavy emotions are interrupting your ability to live your life.

This week we’ll focus on:

· How to process your emotions without drowning in them.
· How to stop suppressing your feelings without letting them hijack your life
· What to do when emotions feel “too big” or show up at the worst moment.
· How to let your feelings go without spiraling

Week Four: Create Your
Own Closure

If you felt like you didn’t get closure in the breakup, you’re still waiting on an apology, or you just can’t understand how the relationship ended- it’s time to create your own closure.


We'll focus on:
· The practical steps you can take to create your own closure around the breakup.
· How to let go without needing them to say or do anything.
· What is actually keeping you stuck from moving on.

This week is about reclaiming your power so your healing is no longer dependent on your ex.

Week Five: Trust Yourself &
Feel Confident Again

If you keep asking yourself, “did I miss something?” or “what’s wrong with me?” then this week will help you rebuild your self-trust and confidence.

We’ll focus on:

· Why self-doubt shows up after a relationship ends.
· How to stop second-guessing yourself.
· Rebuilding your confidence in yourself, your worth, and your appearance.
· Learning how to trust yourself without needing constant reassurance from others.

Week Six: Getting Clear on Who You Are and What You Want

If you feel like you’ve lost yourself in the breakup and you don’t know who you are anymore- you’re not alone. This is one of the top things my clients tell me.

We’ll focus on:

· Coming back home to yourself and feeling grounded in who you are.
· Understanding what you actually want in your life or in a relationship (not what you’re “supposed” to want.
· Getting honest about your needs, boundaries, and non-negotiables.
· Letting go of the fantasy and seeing relationships clearly.

This week prevents the same patterns from happening over again and actually moves you in the direction of what you want for your life.

Week Seven: Date With Confidence or Feel Good About Being Single

Whether you want to be single for a while or get back out there, this week will help you feel secure in your decision and provide you with practical next steps.

We’ll focus on:
· How to date without losing yourself or getting attached too quickly.
· What to do if anxiety shows up around texting, pacing, or uncertainty.
· How to enjoy being single without feeling behind or “left out”.

Week Eight: Staying Grounded When Old Feelings Pop Up

Healing isn’t about never ever having another thought about your ex again or feeling a bad feeling. It’s about knowing you can handle it when it pops up, process it, and then let it go without it ruining your day.

During our final week, we’ll focus on:

· What to do when memories, emotions, or triggers show up unexpectedly.
· How to stay grounded instead of spiraling backwards.
· Building a plan to support yourself in the long-term.
· Creating a breakup playbook so you know exactly what to do if you run into your ex.

  • This program is especially helpful if you feel like you know why you’re feeling this way or are where you are, but you still feel stuck. Understanding your patterns is great, but if you still think about your ex daily, feel anxious in dating, or don’t feel confident in your relationships then this program will bridge the gap from awareness into actual change you can see in your life.
